I love this location. It’s right off the interstate so I’m able to move around alot quicker. I’m sad this location is shutting its door soon. Special thank you to Dr. Kirshenbaum she’s the abosolute best.
I have had multiple issues with this practice (mostly including incredibly rude front desk staff and extremely difficult to schedule appointments for kiddos). But, I’m only reviewing the reason I FINALLY decided to pull my 3 children (ages 11, 4, and 1) from this practice and seek care elsewhere. My youngest is 1 and since February, we’ve had a hospitalization for breathing issues and several ear infections. We’ve taken our daughter here since she was born and she is 6 now. This office has declined significantly in the last few years. When you call you are on hold for at least 20 minutes every time you call. It’s impossible to get a sick visit in the last several years and we end up having to take her to urgent care which with our insurance costs significantly more. I am going to be switching unfortunately.
This facility has declined sooo much. I’ve been taking my daughter here since she was born and it hasn’t been good in a long time. From long wait times on the phone, to struggling to get a appointment, to the doctors just not being properly equipt with the right knowledge to help the children.
