Dr. Miller was very professional and diagnosed my problem right away. He spent time and explained to me the problem I had and gave me different options to make me comfortable. I would highly recommend him to friends and family

Dr. Miller and the staff at Town Center Orthopedics are outstanding! Dr. Miller was detailed, thorough, reassuring and above all else, a highly skilled surgeon. I have never broken anything in my life, so I really appreciated the care and compassion both he and his staff gave to me both before, during, and after surgery! I would highly recommend him.
Dr Kartalian is a great Doctor. He takes his time and listens and explains my options for treatment. He looked after me in the ER when I had MRSA and let me tell you he and Dr Fleeter are such wonderful caring doctors. I always tell my friends if they need an Orthopaedic Doctor TCOA is the place to go
My 11 yr old daughter broke a finger and Town Center Ortho was able to accommodate a same-day appt. Dr. Miller could see that she was upset and immediately talked to her on her level and clearly laid out her options in terms she could understand. She decided to do surgery sooner rather than later. We had the surgery at the Fairfax Surgery Center and staff were very kind and professional. Highly recommend!
The physicians and staff are unequaled in knowledge, skill, and caring. Over the past 8 years, I have turned to them for 5 surgeries; rotator cuff repairs, knee replacement, and cervical spine fusions and ongoing pain management. Each time I become more confident in and comfortable with them. And it's not just the doctors and physical therapy team, the entire staff provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I could not imagine trusting my life with anyone else.
