I just went for a cleaning, but knew I was going to be in good hands. Several years ago I had a very bad experience having my wisdom teeth removed. Since then I have been anxious to go to a dentist. My hygienist, Sara, is always gentle and reassuring. Selena, who is the receptionist, is very attentive and friendly when you walk through the door. Very knowledgeable with billing and if she is not sure of a charge she will find the answers to your questions.
I had a bad experience several years ago so going to the dentist is not on my happy list 😬. BUT when I do go to get my teeth cleaned Sara would be the person I want. She is gentle and is always talking to you with encouraging words. Selena who is the receptionist and billing person is so sharp and excellent at her job. When she came on board to the office she had a mess to clean up with not just my account but several others. She greets you with a smile and even takes a few minutes to chat with you.

Arrived early for appointment. They got me in early and it was a pleasant experience.
Easy check in, staff is very friendly, and the doctor explains in detail what is critical and what you should watch out for in the following weeks before the next cleaning.
They thought I might have a cavity or crack in my tooth. I was feeling a little uneasy about the whole situation. They checked again to rule it out and did some other tests and to be 100% certain. This made me feel more assured and confident about the situation and how to proceed. They seem to be really friendly and care a lot about how the patient feels while being professional and thorough.
