Amazing Management and Housing The Management crew has been nothing but kind, patient, and goes above and beyond in helping their new tenants get settled in. The units is everything my wife and I have been looking for to begin building a family!
Such an awesome place to live!! New town center is definitely a place to raise your kids and feel secure. No matter what’s going on Ms Marci and her team go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your living conditions and always are so understanding. My family has absolutely enjoyed our experience with new town center.
Bad business They will over charge you for everything and they offer nothing for their expensive pricing and small apartments! They will ignore you about your security deposit and take longer than 30 days to give it back!
Love my new home Very nice quite neighborhood . Staff are friendly, welcoming and polite. Apartments are nice comfortable and all appliances are brand new. Great idea place to call home.

New River is becoming a whole new place. These are very nice apartments. Everything is new inside and out. All new appliances including washer and dryer. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The management are very nice people and very welcoming. Great customer service. Vivian
Beautiful renovations All the old reviews don’t even explain the beauty of the renovations that the apartments have had. They worked so hard to make this feel more like home to their new tenants. Such a wonderful place and I love living here. Perfect location too, everything is so close by. Seriously love it here.
ROACHES Crime and roaches. I have lived here not even 2 months and the place is infested with roaches and i have been broken into twice and i came to the office worried about the health and safety of my children and they brushed me off and promised to spray for the bugs but never did no matter how many times i pleaded with them to help. Paid for it myself to try and fix it but it was so over run it hasn’t done anything. Possibly new home Very knowledgeable, friendly, pet friendly staff. Property manager even met my dog which was wonderful. Can't wait to work the folks here. really enjoyed walking the property looking a sample unit.
