Everyone from the front office to the property manager has been extremely helpful to me. They have answered all my questions and taken the time to explain all the fine print involved in renting my property. I highly recommend them to anyone considered using them for managing your property.
They do not have their apts. cleaned after someone moves out or before someone moves in. Not happy with what I saw. I agree with the other comments here.
I have rented from two homes from Town and Country and have never had worse service from a company. They are clearly in the business of taking as much money as they can from their tenants and customers than providing service to their own renters. Anytime we called with an issue it either ended up coming out of our pocket or they never fixed it. NEVER RENT FROM THEM!
To start, I really have better things to do than to waste my time on a joke of a business. I rented a house from them. To start with it was OK. Just OK. Shortly after starting my lease from them, some minor problems occurred with the house & I went into see them. I was met by one of the rudest, most incapable & worst customer service employees I have ever come across. WHAT A JOKE!
