This is the second time I've used them. They took care of a bee nest last year that a previous exterminator had failed to get rid of permanently for us. This time we had a ground bee nest. Customer service via phone excellent. They came the very next day and took care of the problem. Great tech who did the job. I will definitely use them again.
I can walk around the house now without getting buzzed with all the fly by. Haven't seen any stragglers for over a week. I should have done this sooner.
