Had a huge bee problem about 12yrs ago in my first house. They came out while I was at work , found a crack in the siding and a hive between the walls of the bathroom and daughters room. While there they saw some Ant activity and took care of them as well. Never had a problem the last 4yrs there. The price was awesome too.
Their follow up customer service needs some attention. Yesterday I was told they would be here between two and five and never showed up. Rescheduled for today and said they would be here between two and four. It is now 5 o’clock and I am still waiting for them to arrive.
Thank you Caleb for coming out so quickly and treating the bees that decided to come inside. Please if you're reading this tell your husbands not to spray to save a buck if they are on your house because when they do the bees will go further in your home until they come in! My husband should have known this as he did the same thing about 15 yrs ago. Back then I called this very same company and I've referred them ever since!
Called about 25 minutes before closing on a Friday. I was having a 1st birthday party for my granddaughter on Sunday and there were bees coming out of ground all over yard! Caleb came right down within 30 minutes and sprayed perimeter, windows, doors etc. By Sunday, it was great, bees pretty much gone, nobody was stung and we were able to enjoy the day. Thank you so much!
