James Bellamy did an exceptional job getting me the 2020 Escape that I wanted at a great price. He was very honest and professional and had the vehicle ready as soon as I arrived. He was also very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle and he even set up my phone and the Ford app. The entire process from the original text message to the loan process was quick, efficient , and very pleasant. They need to inform the customer of the extra charges that they put on the ticket at the time of drop off instead of letting the customer know at the time of pick up. I received two charges of $98 for Diagnostic but I was not told of the cost nor that there was a cost for each procedure. They would not answer any of my question they just keep giving me vague answers about the bill.
Jason and crew were excellent. Made it worth the 500 mile trip to pick up our 2020 Raptor
