I have done business with Town & Country Ford for many years this is the most trusted dealership and honest people that I've ever dealt with. I had some body damage to my new Mustang and within a day of taking it in was able to pick it up and looks like brand-new thank you

I would like to compliment Ms. Vanessa O"Connell, one of the management people in the service department who does a great job in that capacity! Vanessa is a true pleasure to work with; quite professional, knowledgeable, honest, always wears a smile and truly makes sure a customers experience is one they will be happy with and want to return. I have worked with her on many visits through the years, including recalls. She knows the quality of service I am looking for, and I have always left happy!!
Sooo I'm not sure how this location has gotten so many 5 stars cause I've had the worst experience with this location EVER, and would give ZERO stars. I received a recall in the mail for a my 2010 Ford Fusion in Sep 2016, since then, I have been calling the location to set up an appointment to have my car repaired. Every time I called I was told that the woman who sets up appointment is not there and that she would give a call back. I never received a call back.... remember t...Continue Reading

Always nice guys in the service department. Nick in the service center is great and is very honest.
Once again I find my self with the 4th new car I bought from you guys and I am stranded AGAIN! This would be the second time with this car and 4 time all together and y'all are closed.
