I wrecked my car and thought all hope was lost but doug not only got me approved he also drove a hour to pick me up !!!! There was no pressure and he got me right to the paynent i wanted i would give him a million stars but facebook would only allow 5 ask for douglas ryan for a hassle free buying experience !!!!!!!
We've bought 3 vehicles now from town and country Ford and have had a great experience each time. From secretary to salesmen they are all friendly and professional.
Worst experience in car shopping, EVER. Salesmen (plural) figured we were joyriding when trying to buy a USED truck. Fact is, I just bought a NEW Cadillac and my other car is completely paid off. Jokes on you, we will never return due to your ignorant attitudes. I would give a 0, but that's not an option.
They are not working with my insurance company to get my truck fixed. They refuse to take pictures to send to my insurance company. My parts have not come in yet and I've been told it's not TaC Ford's fault, it's the parts provider's fault, yet TaC Ford will not FIX THE ISSUE. They don't mind keeping my truck for weeks with an issue I was told in writing was to take 3 DAYS. I will NEVER give them my business again.
The service manager just told me to find a new service center and hung up on me after I expressed displeasure with my recent experience. Keep it classy guys.
