The dentists do not sell you on things you don't need and advise you very well on procedures that are necessary and let YOU make the choice on how to proceed. Many dentist practices these days feel like you are being treated by a used car salesmen and just getting money out of you when you don't need to spend it at all. I trust Town and Country Dental to be honest.
I had gone to a well known national dental franchise and I left there feeling like I had been given the run around and I wanted a second opinion.The Staff and Dentists at Town and Country are not out to fleece you for every cent they can get by charging you for a load of work you don't really need. My Dentist told me straight out that he didnt need my money and that he was content with business. Great Dentist! Terrific Dentist! Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Dr makes you feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. Takes most insurance and gets you in and out.
The dentist Jamshid Kashani is an excellent dentist, honest and friendly, does excellent work, however his staff is another story,terrible customer service, the receptionist keeps you on hold for over 5 minutes and books your appointment several months away. The dental hygienst - x-ray tech is no better , she is cold and unfriendly. So I will have to rate this as good only because of the dentists'good work, if you don't mind a bad staff but want a good dentist then I would recommend it but otherwise no way.
