I would also give ZERO stars if I could. Their accounting department has been working on resolving a mistake they made in their HOA receivables system for 3 weeks, despite me sending them documentation showing HOA payments in advance for the last 2.5 years. The AR staff was incredibly rude and incompetent. They couldn't offer any explanation for why they felt an HOA payment was missing and just insisted it was, even after showing them the bank statement with the payment that they requested.
