I would also give ZERO stars if I could. Their accounting department has been working on resolving a mistake they made in their HOA receivables system for 3 weeks, despite me sending them documentation showing HOA payments in advance for the last 2.5 years. The AR staff was incredibly rude and incompetent. They couldn't offer any explanation for why they felt an HOA payment was missing and just insisted it was, even after showing them the bank statement with the payment that they requested. They keep sending out notices regarding issues on my property that never existed! Reached out to follow up by mail, by phone, no one has followed up with me. Instead they continue to harass me with notices that I am sure are not meant for me. They continue to send notices to the wrong homeowner! I could see if I wasn't following up with them. But no one reaches out to me. But the notices keep coming. I have sent pictures of my house proving that they have the wrong homeowner..This has been so stressful!
If I could give ZERO stars I would and I would actually file a complaint but I don't think it will matter. I have never in my life and I am 44 years old I have never been apart of an HOA Management group that is this Incompetent and rude and the lack of communication is CLOWN WORLD stuff. I sent 10 emails and left 3 messages ALL simply asking for an update. It is unfortunate Mr. ******* is upset with the firm, My staff is never rude or impolite, yet pushed and yelled at. I can tell you Mr. ******* a realtor, walked in our lobby very upset. We have thousands of actual owners and many walk through our office daily, speaking here about an owner in our office and their conversation if of no relativity.
