Solid apartment! Definitely an older building, but the manager (Danny) is extremely nice and tries to help as much as possible. The complex is so close to south campus (5 minutes) and Westwood. It's all downhill on the way to school, so perfect for skateboarding.
I've been living here for a while. It is a very nice place with an awesome pool area, and great landlord. Despite some other reviews I have read online, I think this is one of the coolest places I have ever lived! It's right off the UCLA Campus, and the complex itself is very beautiful, especially if you are into historic architecture. (It was built in the 50s, I think?).
