One of the best restaurants in San Diego..sit on the patio and enjoy the sun, the view of the Pacific..the food is always excellent..never, never we were disappointed..the salads are amazing ..the mussels excellent..so is the service..warm and very polite.. I always recommend it to my friends..
We love Tower 23! We loved it so much,and the food is exceptionally wonderful, that we decided to have our wedding dinner reception there in October 2016. Great ambience, spectacular views of the ocean and sunsets, and a very open beachy atmosphere,which is what we were striving to achieve in our wedding theme. I recommend it to any couples that want to have a beach themed wedding reception and great yummy,delicious food! Just stop by and have lunch or dinner and you'll be very satisfied
