The staff is so caring and attentive, and the doctors knowledgeable, empathetic and kind. All my concerns were allayed every step of the way by a staff that truly cared. The doctor made sure all my concerns were addressed at the time of the appointment, and afterward. I was given contact information for anything that might come up after my visit. Plus, my wait time was short, which is not always the case in a doctor’s office. You will feel cared for in this office.
Dr Desai is a wonderful doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable and provides responsive and effective care. I have worked closely with one of his nurses, Maribel and have been very impressed with her work as well. I highly recommend Dr. Desai and his team at Tower Urology without reservation.
Dr. Ng is fantastic. Staff very helpful and kind.
