Issue with my Air Conditioner was quickly identified and resolved. I was expecting the Technical Support tomorrow, but they were able to get here ahead of schedule today and had me enjoying cool air once again within 30 minutes. The Techs were well experienced professionals and very courteous during the entire service call. They quickly identified my problem, explained why it happened and also explained how to troubleshoot and resolve it on my own in future. These guys are 5 Star, no Question!

Having been a UT student, Tower Reality has been the best leasing company I’ve had experience with. Personally, maintenance issues have been resolved fairly quickly and accurately. They may seem abrasive over email but I promise they’re super nice and helpful! I find the pricing more than fair for being in Wampus as parking is included and this is coming from a low-income student. Overall, great company, service, and people. Special thanks to Anna, for the kind and thoughtful customer service.
