My partner and I absolutely love this place. The location is great and the staff are super nice. Tony is our favorite! He does an amazing job. They are making a lot of updates around the building to benefit those that live here which is awesome.

I lived at Tower Place for two years, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected from a so-called luxury apartment building. 1. Front entrance: The outdoor patio area, once equipped with ample seating and multiple grills, has deteriorated SIGNIFICANTLY. The furniture is now in disrepair, and only one grill remained compared to the 3 that were there when i first moved in. The location of Tower Place is amazing. Members of the security team are extremely nice. Kandace, the building manager, tries her best but she's restricted by the owners of the building. She's very responsive, kind, and caring. Maintenance is wonderful. The actual building is horrible. For over a year, only 2 elevators worked. When moves happen, we were limited to a single elevator. When we moved into the building, there were 3 passenger elevators and 1 freight elevator. During the hottest days of last summer, the air condit... read more
