First off the staff is great here, however the gate to the parking garage that I pay $275 a month for has been broken for the past couple of months leaving it open to anyone and someone took my spot that I pay for. On top of that the garage has a severe drainage issue where water will just pour into the garage creating giant puddles. On top of this management has been ignoring me and my concerns with parking.
This building has a severe security issue in the parking garage. The garage gate has been broken for several months leaving the garage unsecured leaving it vulnerable to unauthorized vehicles and trespassers. Someone (who is not a building resident) has been occupying my parking spot for almost a week and management has ignored my communications asking for a solution. You have to pay a ton for a parking spot. But the gates been broken for months. Management won’t fix the gate nor will they employ a tow company. You pay $250 for parking spot and come home to someone else parked there and nothing is done. Did I mention they want to up the price for parking too? A joke. Marketed as luxury but definitely is not.
Great building with one huge caveat: utilities. Expect to pay $200+ per month for electricity/HCAV. They do not have power measurement devices in the apartments so the entire building’s electric bill is spread amongst residents. Since it is an older building, it is power hungry. Expect utilities to negate the cheaper rent.
Living at the tower place since the new management change has truly been a nightmare. There is ongoing issues with the elevator, I have had packages misplaced, front desk seems never know anything, and I could go on and on and on. Don’t bother calling and emailing the leasing because they will never answer. Every week there is some building wide maintenance issue that disrupts our day to day lives.
