I had a scheduled appointment for a property tour; however, upon my arrival, I was informed that the leasing staff had already left for the day. It appears that the individual who scheduled my appointment did not properly confirm it. Additionally, my interaction with the front desk staff was disappointing. They were dismissive and displayed an unprofessional attitude until I presented my email correspondence confirming the appointment. Great building with one huge caveat: utilities. Expect to pay $200+ per month for electricity/HCAV. They do not have power measurement devices in the apartments so the entire building’s electric bill is spread amongst residents. Since it is an older building, it is power hungry. Expect utilities to negate the cheaper rent
My experience with this community has been top tier. The safety, quality built design and staff are amazing! Highly recommend!
