Eric was great. We came looking for a two bed, two bath and immediate move-in date and he gave me a tour when I walked in and also was able to move us in very quickly. He was very friendly gave us all the information. They also had a good promo going on at the time we were looking for an apartment. I’m really happy we went with this place. The staff at the front desk is all extremely friendly and very warm and welcoming. I really do feel like I’m at home here, even though I just moved across the country from California.

While the building itself has potential, the management has been one of the most disappointing aspects of living here. Problems happen in any apartment community, and I understand that not every maintenance issue is within management’s control. However, what is absolutely within their control is communication, urgency, and how they treat their residents—and that is where they consistently fall short. I am going into my third year living here and I’m greatly regretting my decision to renew my lease. Emails and phone calls go unanswered (unless you call the prospective tenant line of course). My air conditioning is broken (AGAIN) in the middle of a heatwave and it is 85° in my apartment. I could go on for days about this place, including but not limited to the parking garage, the trash piling up outside, and the fact that management parks in handicap spots, as well as issues in my specific unit but there’s no use. I have lived at Tower Place Apartments for two years, and the recent management change has significantly downgraded the experience here. Emails and phone calls to management frequently go unanswered. There is ALWAYS maintenance happening. Most recently, work has been happening on the side of the building, which means that promptly at 8 AM, there are workers outside my window. I have lived here for about a year. While the views are beautiful and the location is great, my experience with management has been disappointing. Since management changed several months ago, communication has become extremely poor. Phone calls to the office often go unanswered, and emails frequently receive little to no response.
