PATIENTS BEWARE, TOWER ORTHOPEDICS & SPORTS MEDICINE FACILITY are over charging their patients. They do not have our best interest in mind. They charged me $160 for a knee brace that online you can buy for $70. Ossue formfit knee brace. The employee that works in the billing dept Judy, could not properly explain why I was being charged so much and fumbled with her words and details about the charges but she kept saying she was trying to make sure this doesn't go into collections. Very or should I say extremely unprofessional receptionist , never have I experience such treatment so poorly like from this Doctors office.
RecommendedYou could not ask for a more professional than Dr. Patel, he is truly awesome and takes the time to listen to you and explains everything to you so you know what's happening and what's planned.
The best orthopedic hands down. Very caring, and knowledgeable love the service wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
Bs"d Saw Dr G 1st time about 6 years ago with shredded rot Cuff. Put my shoulder back together with barely believable level of competence consideration and caring. Not possible to recommend highly enough, if one could rate with 10 stars, it would still not be enough .
