my psychiatrist is amazing and the wait time is fast, but the scheduling system needs to be completely redone. they have one person at front desk answering all the phones and also in person arrivals. one. so it goes to voicemail constantly and you have to keep calling but you have to go through the operator every time you call just for it to go to voicemail and you have to call again and again. also my psychiatrist told me that the times it shows her availability in the system are not accurate so she had to cancel an appoint... read more

👍👍 Dr. Mohammad has been very helpful for me! Intake and follow ups have been seamless and I feel like my treatment has been collaborative and thorough. Definitely recommend if you are looking for somewhere for med management under medicaid coverage

Would not recommend. The person you talk to isn’t even a psychiatrist, he’s a nurse practitioner. I’ve been in therapy since 2014 I only came here cause my place shut down but he was trying to switch my meds which I explained works for me. I take them as prescribed & as needed. I have bad panic attacks to the point where I shake & can’t breathe so taking what works for me away & what’s been my regimen for years is an absolute no. I already have an intake appt somewhere else. :)
