Would not recommend. The person you talk to isn’t even a psychiatrist, he’s a nurse practitioner. I’ve been in therapy since 2014 I only came here cause my place shut down but he was trying to switch my meds which I explained works for me. I take them as prescribed & as needed. I have bad panic attacks to the point where I shake & can’t breathe so taking what works for me away & what’s been my regimen for years is an absolute no. I already have an intake appt somewhere else. :)
My psychologist office is on the 8th floor! I love them, Tower Health!
This place was wonderful at first, but ever since the person I was seeing left it's just been a hassle. I can only get refills if I call in multiple times (and talk to the appointment person, the medication line goes nowhere and just rings forever.) The doctor I'm with now just doesn't communicate and the last time we spoke she was really weird about me turning on a camera (which I don't have). Maybe most annoying is that for some reason nothing from this office is tied to my Tower Health portal, so everything has to be a ph... read more
