Great building, great location, friendly staff, and ultimately one of the easiest places to move into in the city. We all know how competitive rentals are to acquire in the city; but Tower 737 is a breeze. The prices are relative to the area (which isn't cheap by any means), but at 737 you get at least get what you pay for. New Appliances, granite tops, and a 99% quiet environment.
