Don't even waste a appointment with him.He makes discriminating comments to his patients..He might want to go shadow with Dr Yano to learn some communicating skills, and how to treat the patients.
One of his fellow doctors left their practice and on his way out cancelled the prescriptions I had at my pharmacist. When I had an appointment with Dr Tovsky he refused to give me anymore of my prescription because the medication didn't show up in my system. How would it be in my system if I didn't have access to my medication?
I understand he normally works ER, should stay in ER has no compassion, definitely doesn't care. Acts like he is doing you a favor!
