Horrible service, its not the first time I walk into this store and walk out empty handed and mad but last time I went was the final straw, there were 3 customers and 3 sales associates, they were each helping a customer so I was looking around as I waited for my turn, about 30 mins later when 2 of the customers were done and gone, one of the associates told me she would be right with me, instead both associates went with the other associate and all 3 of them were helping the same customer, I kept waiting, talking to my husb... read more
I had two watches repaired (change the strap and battery) and it was great.
Be very careful purchasing items online at Tous. They ship from Florida and if you have to make a return they will make you pay for your own shipping , yet when they receive the return they will magically dissappear 1 of the items and say you didn't send it. That's the issue I'm dealing with right now. Save yourself a headache and only buy in store or at airports and make sure you really want to keep the item because their customer service is nonexistent.
