Be very careful purchasing items online at Tous. They ship from Florida and if you have to make a return they will make you pay for your own shipping , yet when they receive the return they will magically dissappear 1 of the items and say you didn't send it. That's the issue I'm dealing with right now. Save yourself a headache and only buy in store or at airports and make sure you really want to keep the item because their customer service is nonexistent.

I purchased an item online which was from this store. Upon opening the package, i saw that the packaging for the merchandise was used and dirty. The tape on the shopping bag was dirty, the box was also dirty, and the actual merchandise packaging looked used/returned. I spoke with the store manager, Stephanie, and she gave me her phone number.
