Brian Mahl RN, Celeste Vinnett, RN, and Bianca (Nurse Tech Asst) did an awesome job taking care of my mother (Odene Burris) before, during, and after her knee replacement.
I love this place and its staff. Of all the many hospitals I've been in throughout my life and there have been meaning this one was above and beyond all of the rest. Thank you Touro for all you do!
One star is still too high of a rating for the awful, disgusting, inadequite, and pitiful excuse for treatment I received at Touro!! The emergency room is absolutely atrocious from the moment you walk through the doors. I feel even worse now than when I arrived, four hours prior, and I gained no relief or diagnosis. Unless you're stuck going to Touro, I advise you go to ANY other hospital in the area!
My amazing midwife, Tisha was absolutely vital to the success of my full term twin pregnancy. Her guidance, support, knowledge, and great attitude completely fueled my desire to have a med-free twin delivery. Success! What a ride that was, and she was there for us every step of the way. You will not regret going with Touro and their amazing midwives!
I've never been a patient here but I did interview for a position here. The HR department stood out tremendously! They were always organized, on the ball, and available if I had any questions. The hospital itself is very clean and friendly! I'd highly recommend this hospital to others!
The decor needs to be changed. It is very drab and dreary. However, every person I passed in the halls or elevator whether it be a doctor nurse, security personnel or whatever was very personable and helpful. Dr. Harmon in Oncology was wonderful as well as her staff.
