Horrible people no help whatsoever a bunch of rude people
The guy behind the counter sold me a completely wrong part for a water heater giving me a thermo coupler for a furnace. He was zero help at all and just seemed annoyed that we came to Touloukian for help and sold us a part just to make a sale and take advantage of a homeowners trying to fix something ourselves. He even wrote on the receipt that the part could not be returned if the packaging was open because he knew what he did shame on you.
Touloukian supply is a friendly & helpful supply house, with a knowledgeable staff very will to help you get what you need.
