I just need a little tech support. My 4tb 8 channel por nvr that’s ten years old stopped recording and I can’t access any old recordings. Hard drive is fried but the guy I called in customer services says I need to call a tech. I work at a fire and security company and my camera guy told me it was fried. I just want someone with tough dog to walk have me check a couple thing and then tell me to find a new hard drive or get a whole new system.
