A few weeks ago we decided enough is enough and we were tired of looking at dirt and weeds in our backyard. It was uneven and looked as if it was deserted for years. We called Tough Turtle Turf and they had a member of their team at our house the next day. Our backyard is perfect and even, the pavers have a nice outline with darker brick so our BBQ area has a hard surface. Our puppy loves it and we couldn't be more grateful to the whole TTT team. *side-note the turf comes with a 25 year warranty :)
This business is the best I have dealt with in a long time. Excellent customer service. Installers were very professional and knew what they were doing. They all worked well with each other and actually seemed like they enjoy and take pride in what they were doing. I love the product and now my back yard is beautiful! I wish I could share pictures. Just love it. I am so happy I chose Tough Turtle Turf. They have the best product and worth every penny spent. We chose the Cool Blade.

I would not recommend Tough Turtle Turf. I should have went with my initial gut feeling and paid more attention to the reviews on google. Customer service was awful. Vince, a Tough Turtle Turf employee came to our house to give us a quote. He put a bad taste in my mouth after he kept mentioning how a spot in my backyard, where my pavers were could cause my children to trip and really hurt themselves, and that they could fix this for us.
