This was a small bocci court project at our home. Tough Turtle Turf made a proposal with "Life time Guarantee" They rushed in a did a sloppy job with multiple seams showing. We complained: They came back and did a better but still sloppy job. That side of our house has second story windows. TTT promised that reflection from the windows would not be a problem. Horrible company! They do NOT stand behind their product. We have had a warranty service call open for 6 weeks. None ever calls comes by to fix this. I have emailed several times called several times. Always the same old song and dance. 'We are contacting a manager". NOPE! None ever responds. They will take your money and run! They make false claims on their website! Do NOT hire them! So sad . They cannot be trusted! Very disappointed!

Several calls/texts/and emails to address issues that were not completed correctly during the install of the turf. We made every attempt to have the crew come back to our home and fix some issues that were not done correctly. Our texts and phone calls were ignored. We sent 2 emails to Rebecca in Las Vegas and we spoke to her 2 times where she assured us that "a crew" would be sent on 4/2/22, no call no show no crew. Do not do business with them! They are liars and not professional at all. It took them 1 week and a half to do a job they said would take them one day. They started the job and left after a couple hours. They never came back. I called their office and they said they were going to contact the project manger to find out what was going on and they would get back to me. A day later, no call was returned to me. I received a call today that appeared as LUCAS on my phone as that is in my contacts.... That is the only way I could track down the caller.... THE MESSAGE WAS EXTREMELY LOW VOLUMN, AND SO GARBLED THAT I CANNOT RECOGNIZE ONE WORD! I just now saw your email as I was researching for the last correspondence to Alexis, your Field Supervisor.... SorryLandscaping and turf done all wrong. Paid for cool turf, irrigation, etc. Sent a picture of the turf to the project mgr before install. Stated this is not what I paid for, it doesn't have blue backing. Was told that was for display and it looks flat until power sweep. Than told they ran out of blue paint to paint the back.Wrong!!! It burns your feet, and my pet's paws. And after the dog lays down, that area is flattend. It's shedding. Belive this is some cheap turf pawned off as the brand. We went into contract with this company in Feb and had our grass scheduled for installation at the end of March. They showed up as agreed and started the job, when we noticed that the ground prep was not being done as we were told it would be, I contacted the sales man "project manager", he said he was on his way. This company after a year charged my credit card. I never knew there was a balanced owed and they never asked for permission to do it. I ask to let me review my account to make sure there was a balance due, but they charge me without permission or informing me they were doing so. I asked for a manager who has never called.

I spent $2000 more than any other quote because I was told something that wasn't true. The salesman from this company told me that they manufacture their own turf so that they can cover my 70 ft area with one piece and I wouldn't have a seam. When the installers came they didn't prep the area correctly, it wasn't one piece it was actually three. They left a very noticeable seam.
