Be very careful about working with this company. I signed a contract with them for a landscaping project. We signed a contract, two weeks later, after I call them to schedule the install, some Director of Sales Adam calls me yelling that the job cannot be completed unless we pay more due to a mistake they made. We put a deposit for a landscaping project with Tough Turtle Turf, Las Vegas. After a month of them changing prices and not giving us a breakdown of what things would cost, we decided not to go forward with the project with them. After talking with the manager Brian Scott, he told me I could not read and I will not be getting my money back. In the contract we signed it says 40% Penalty for canceling after 3 day recision. We understand we would not get 100% of our money back but we should get 60% of our money back. This ... read more
