We have had multiple issues regarding our property and have reached out multiple times to the landlord for assistance in maintaining and repairing our current home. Such as plumbing, electrical and termites causing wood damage. Bad heater all winter that didnt work as well. This has been a issue for 6 months going on to no avail. The worst real state office in Bakersfield I will never recommend all my family and friends to go there at all Debbie the owner is very unprofessional and I’m Disappointed very much we lived in the house for two years we have called many times asked to fix some issues in the house and never got done when I put my notice and they decided to get $130 dishwasher in the house very poor service

As a buyer interested in a property listed by a Magic Real Estate agent, I am shocked by the lack of response from the listing agent. I have tried for 3 weeks to get ahold of the listing agent. I was told she would call me back on multiple occasions and never heard back. Sent multiple emails and texts and never heard back. Set an appointment to talk and never called or messaged. I would reconsider listing my property with a place that wasn't on top of every inquiry for my property.
