Over priced and their salesman was very rude.
Customer service in the Highland Lakes area in Texas is terrible. Call after call with nothing but empty promises. Touchless Boat Cover's home office has not responded or offered any help with getting the issues resolved. If you must use Brock Dock, I would seriously reconsider your decision.

I recently had a Touchless Boat Cover installed by John Loftis in Pensacola, FL. I had pondered this expenditure for a very long time. I am delighted to say that this has proven to be some of the best money I have ever spent! We are enjoying using our boat a lot more now because I do not have to manually install and remove my old boat cover. Also, my new cover has survived two hurricanes since it was installed with absolutely no damage! My Touchless Cover has exceeded my expectations!
