Two stylists threatened to "duct tape" my antsy 5 year old to the chair. He was scared...started crying and we left mid haircut. Please please don't take your kids here. The staff needs to be trained on kids cuts.

No customer service just sign in and sit in junky chairs! No hello be with you in a few nothing, 8 people in front so you leave to go to another store to come back and find they took you off the list! REALLY! And tell me I should have told someone WOW! You don't even recognize we walk in! I will never return to this non customer friendly store again!!
