They lie about appointment only and their system sucks. Made a. Appointment Friday morning for Saturday at 4:40. The stylist to know fault of their own are not told. So others that are WALKING in are able to get in front of your appointment. Been going here since the day they opened and to the same stylist. Will not be back ever and are telling anyone I can. Super ticked.

We came today to get a haircut for my son, who has been there several times. The stylist insisted on using smaller size cutters, making it shorter. I told her I did not want any of it buzzed. The whole back is buzzed. She also said he was moving to much while getting it cut and should come more often. My son said she was hurting him by poking into his head which is why he kept moving his head. Very unhappy with our visit today.
My son has been going toTouchdowns haircut for more than a year now and he would not go to any other place. Today, was an extremely bad experience for him. Allison (sp) gave him a military-style hair that he never approved of!!! My son came home crying!!! I called them to complain. They know I was very angry but both Jamison and Allison did not even apologize and hang up on me!!! Very rude!!! My husband and I talked to them in person. That sign said open at ten, guess not. Went up the street instead. They have a new customer now.
I have been going to Touchdowns for a few years now and have the vast majority of the time been very pleased with,my cut. Friendly staff and have your haircut details stored so regardless of who cuts your hair they know what you like. Jamison has always been especially great.
Jamison did a wonderful job and is a very nice lady, will return again.
Great place to get a haircut. Very nice people that are real pros.
