April is AMAZING!!! – April is the best waxer ever! I've had bikini and brazilian waxes before, and I always ended up really dried out or sensitive for days after. But the wax she uses works so well, and she's most definitely the most comfortable person I've ever had wax me. Simply spectacular. I make monthly trips to Houston just to see her.
April @ Touch of Red – April does an excellent brazilian wax. Very professional. Only 20-30 minutes. Zip zip and you are done. She will make your experience as pleasant and as pain free as possible. Try it! It's perfect for the summer season!
Very talented! – I can't say enough about Sami and everyone else at Touch of Red. After moving to Houston 2 years ago I struggled to find a salon that offered consistently beautiful results. I'm so so happy to have found Sami. She does fabulous work! My highlights always look great and she is very fast - which I really appreciate. April is the best person for a brazilian wax – I have been going to April for a year now and chose to drive an hour where she was at rather than change to someone nearyby. She makes you feel comfortable with her genuine smile and her welcoming personality. She does a tremendous job and I always feel cleaner when I leave.
Touch of Red Salon Rocks – Talk about feeling welcomed. Everyone there is awesome to deal with and does awesome work. April with Winkin Twinkies couldn't be better. Very professional, and what a clean and relaxing atmosphere. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The 45 minute drive is well worth it.
Would not go there again! – I went to touch of red to get my hair cut and highlighted by Sami based on all of the positive reviews. I found the salon did not feel relaxing at all. Sami was doing too many things at once and seemed rushed. This will not be the salon for me.

Great Wax – April does a great job waxing. I have been going to her for a while and always leave happy (and much less hairy).
Best corrective Color – My hair was a mess ,I went to a top dollar salon and came home with orange hair ,I looked like a pumkin and it was bad my co worker told me to call Sam it took four weeks to get in but it was well worth it the girl is in high demand and very busy little thing let's say the staff is wonderful the shop is small with lots of big hearts and big smiles . Great wax experience for a waxing "virgin" – I have been going to the Touch of Red salon with Sami since she moved to their current location and I was very excited that they were offering waxing with Winkin' Twinkies.
