As a contractor for specialized therapies for this company, I am highly dissatisfied with how difficult TOC is to work with. Their Business Practices are questionable and they’ll find the tiniest reason not to reimburse for a service that has already been provided. How am I to know they aren’t still getting reimbursed for my work by the state but denying my pay and pocketing it?
