Les escribi por whatsapp para pedir informacion de las inyecciones de bajar de peso, me respondieron dandome el precio de $350 seguido otro mensaje que era $400, le pregunte que en realidad cual era el precio. Terrible customer service. Impossible to reach. I called and WhatsApp to all number that they have listed in Instagram, no one answered. Finally someone called me back and “booked” an appointment for me, an hour before my appointment I received an email saying it was for the other location. I moved all my Saturday to go to this appointment and they just canceled no apologies, nothing just “you can come on Thursday or Friday”.. if you value your time like I do, find other place
Love this place, the staff is very attentive, understanding and really know what they are doing!
Be careful with this place, when I cancel my membership I was still charged for two more months and when I called to get my money back they said that the refund was “Pending” in the system and couldn’t do anything at the time and never got my $240 back
Do not waste your time doing business here, after reading the positive reviews I decided to give a try for a dark spot removal session. When I called they answered and it seemed like they were not interested or did not understand, but told me to wait a minute, left me 5 minutes on hold and then they disconnected the call, I called for 10 minutes and no answer. Not good at all.
