Superb flavor! I’m a huge fan of everything Asian, including the food, and Totto’s ranks towards the top restaurants I’ve dined in for lunch. We will have to come back for dinner. If we do I’m going to try more of their sushi selections. I opted for a lighter fare of a sashimi appetizer and white rice, and I tried some of my wife’s hibachi veggies (mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, onions) and they were cooked to perfection...even the carrots which I usually don’t care for too much were delectable! We will be back.

Only minor pandemic inconveniences. Atmosphere, location, service and, of course, the food was excellent. Las Vegas roll and salmon sashimi was perfect.

Our food came in a timely fashion. The smoke salmon was amazing. The fried bagel roll was great. All the food was delicious. Our waiter, Tyler was so nice and informative about the menu. Excellent service. Hands down the best Japanese restaurant I've ever been to. If you visit Chattanooga you have to try Totto Sushi & Grill.

Everything we got here was fantastic, from salad, to the sushi, to the hibachi chicken and scallops. The server was very polite, professional, and attentive. We highly recommend this place.
