Great staff !!! And the dr are excellent they will listen to your concerns trust me I will recommend you all to take your kids to this clinic love it !!!!!!!! A happy customer!!!
We had a great experience. We got in very quickly, staff very attentive and thoughtful. The doctor and staff played with my daughter to take her mind of the procedure. The price was great too! Got the care she needed, with no wait and didn't break the bank...couldn't ask for more. We went in for a cut on the eyebrow but the doctor did a thorough exam to check that everything else was as it should be.
Took my daughter here yesterday and it was the easiest and best experience I've ever had with an urgent care facility. I really appreciated the professionalism of the staff, nurses, and the doctor was awesome. Definitely recommend for quick and thorough care.
We've gone several times and there's always wonderful treatment from beginning to end. The doctors have incredible bedside manner and always put our baby at ease. We love this place and are so thankful to have it so close to home!
We have had nothing but good experiences here. I bring my son here instead of going to my regular pediatrician. It's quick and more convenient.
Took my granddaughter there Friday afternoon. She was suffering from a terrible earache. I was very impressed! The front office staff was very friendly and efficient. The nurse was very, very nice and comforting to my granddaughter. The Doctor was kind, gentle and thorough. The entire staff went out of their way to HELP ME through a very STRESSFUL time!! Thank you Tots 'N' Teens!
Decided to try this clinic but will not return....I normally go to the pediatric urgent care in Stone Oak but was in a hurry and this is what I get. The doctor looked at me like I was crazy and didn't even listen to what I was telling him. Most physicians ask if you have been around anyone who was sick and he didn't. I tried telling him but he ranted about something else, and then said if she is still sick tomorrow take her to her regular doctor.
