Amy is an outstanding PA. She is patient, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and answers all questions thoroughly without making you feel rushed. Her professionalism and kindness make the entire experience much more comfortable. I’m very glad this clinic has Amy on their team, and I will definitely return because of her care. Highly recommend her! BTW, she will be in this location every Wednesday! :))
昨天在Eastvale那边的Totalcare看了医生 安排了今天的抽血 去了之后一切都非常快 因为我去之前喝了一瓶水 尿样和抽血只用了10分钟 抽血的护士也非常好 全程没有感觉到疼痛 也会提前说明要抽多少血 非常好的体验

Having been visiting this clinic since 2025. Even with the appointment, the real time being seen is ALWAYS late. There was once a 3 hour delay without any explanation. Since this is a walkin clinic, they usually don't respect any appointment.
First time here came in a lot of pain but I had a wonderful experience very patient physician and knowledgeable, I would definitely recommend this office. Thank you very much!
