I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my experience at TotalCare Irvine. I had an appointment scheduled on January 8th at 2:00 PM as a telephone appointment. This appointment was booked a month in advance because I urgently needed my health form completed for a very important interview. Before scheduling, I clearly asked the receptionist if the form could be completed over the phone or if I needed to come in person.
