I called ahead to schedule an immigration exam and was specifically told it was walk-in only. I went in, only to find complete chaos. The place was severely understaffed, absolutely overwhelmed, and after sitting there for two hours, I still hadn’t even seen the doctor. I had no choice but to leave with nothing accomplished. **** As of 08/28/25 I am given 5 Stars because all of the Call Center Operators that I have spoken to are very professional, friendly & nice. The operator that I have spoken today is Trinh - she was patience with me that she have given me all the details and was very helpful with my need. Thanks Trinh! Very welcoming and caring staff. Sarah, the PA was thorough and listened to all my concerns. The office has long hours which helps accommodate people who work 8-5.
