I gave them 3 stars for one specific reason. There has to be a disconnect somewhere with the admin staff and medical team when it comes to prescriptions. I was there Friday (June 12 @ 12:30 PM) for a consistent bad cough. I was seen by a nice PA or doctor. Scripts were explained to me in simple terms. However, as in past times, the scripts aren't sent to my pharmacy. I find myself, not just this time, but other times, having to call Total Care and ask what's going on. Great place and great doctors, always in and out.
Complete waste of time. I arrived at the clinic for my 5:20 appointment at 5:15, I just got out at 7:05 and nothing was done. I waited for over an hour in the waiting room. When I finally saw the provider, they were sure to ask the questions for the insurance filing to get paid, even said “these are the questions for the insurance,” but refused to help, said it was anxiety. The doctors aren't bad, but the service is terrible. Every time I’ve had to go, I’ve had to wait over an hour to be seen. When I complain, they just ask if I want to reschedule—as if my wasted time were worth nothing. I do not recommend this place; this has happened to me three times, and it seems to be a recurring issue.
