Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. I bought a Groupon for a massage service which expires Nov 9, when I called to schedule the appointment, they say they can't accept Groupons anymore. When asked why, they said "I don't know I just work here". Well, wouldn't that be a reason to know why? Anyway, I'll definitely take my business elsewhere. Now I'm trying to get refunded by Groupon.
I bought a groupon for a massage to this clinic that didn't expire until January 2017, but when I called at the beginning of October 2016 I was told that they were not honoring this groupon anymore! When I asked why I was told it was the owner's personal choice... Super disappointed! I can't imagine this is good for their business! I would never go there that's for sure!!
