I absolutely love this Veterinarian! I have brought my cats here several times. We have one cat in particular that has had a lot of problems, ever since we scooped her off the street. They truly care about the animals and make sure that they do everything they can to make them comfortable when they are in the office. I have had some negative experiences with vets that just don’t care about your pets. I am glad we have finally found one that does. The entire staff here is great!

Today was my first time using this Veterinarian. I have to say I was 100% surprised by the kindness and the love for my dog. Even my dog had a great time laid on her back they were rubbing her belly it truly was a very wonderful experience. They were so wonderful to my Gizmo and Jim. They were caring and polite and fit me in on no notice. Highly recommend.
In this day and age it seems more and more rare to find good customer service in any industry. My husband was absolutely blown away by the ladies at this office. With less than an hour left of the day he called with an emergency situation and they agreed to stay open an hour late for him. Two or three technicians helped him with our brand new kitty that had shown up on our front doorstep an hour before hand. Dr. Kim and the staff at TotalBond Mountain Island are fantastic. They care for my babies as much as I do. I came to them at a difficult time with my Oliver and they have been so gentle with him and supportive to me. I recommend them to everyone.
