My last experience along with others I questioned but the last one I took my dog in with what was later determined by another ver was an eye infection. I shared this information with of all people my poatman and come to find out they took their dog there and was advised to remove her dog from seizure medication and the n.v ext tine the dog had a siezure it died. RecommendedThe lady up front is very knowledgeable, as are the technicians, and they are very kind people. The doctor is on point and shoots the truth straight up. The price I found to be quite reasonable for the services I received.
What a wonderful staff!! I took my new kitten for her very first visit yesterday. We were treated with so much compassion by not only Dr Kim, but her staff. They have so much love for our fur babies. Hands down best vet I’ve ever taken my babies too!!
We recently moved to the area and started using their services for our dog. My baby has heart issues and had to get a chest x-Ray and an ultrasound at the Paw Creek location. They are so committed to ensuring you and your animals have a stress free experience that Dr. Kim left her practice for the morning to meet us there and make sure that we were okay and to oversee the procedure. Veterinary care like that is impossible to find! I cant imagine taking my dog anywhere else❤️🐾❤️
I have nothing but good things to say about Totalbond Mountain Island! My little Chihuahua has such anxiety and they treat her so well, with so much compassion and patience. It’s so nice to see smiling, familiar faces each time I come in. They have been there for me in times of need and I greatly appreciate them!!!
I have three fur babies and two that are a bit difficult when it comes to vet anxiety. The entire staff go out of their way to work with them and try different ways to make them less anxious. I know that all of them are looking out for my babies and love them as much as I do. Well, almost! Thank you for your patience and kindness Dr Kim, Hope and Jasmine.
We are new(less than 2 weeks) to the Charlotte area from Rhode Island and we needed a vet Asap. I stopped by the office after a doctors appointment in the area and asked if Luigi could be seen that day. Well Jasmine said can you have him back in 30 minutes? Absolutely! I brought him back and let me tell you I was extremely happy with Dr. Kim, Jasmine and Hope were phenomenal with Luigi! We are definitely staying with TotalBond! 🐾
My girls have been going to TotalBond Mountain Island since they were 8 weeks old. They LOVE the staff and so do we. We would not take our babies anywhere else.
