If I was in Austin, Total Wellness would be my spot. Lori is such a great instructor! Her thorough explanations have helped me so much. As an ultramarathoner, her videos have helped my stride and breathing tremendously. I've noticed a greater sense of control with fatigue. Her videos are now a priority in my training program! Austin, take advantage of having her down there!!!
I started coming here a couple of years ago because of Lori and her passion for her line of work. I keep coming because of the continued care and dedication.
