Super nice office. This was my first eye exam and I was not disappointed. Dr spent time and did not rush me with all my questions and Shantay was who helped me pick my glasses which was a task. Love my new glasses and can quit squinting.
The best care with this whole office and staff. From Dr Hayes who took his time explaining everything so I understood to Shawnte who helped me decide what looks best on me. Received my new glasses very quickly and absolutely love them. I highly recommend them.
incredibly unprofessional staff that not only misdiagnoses their patients, but also feels it necessary to comment on patients looks, features and disabilities. avoid this office, avoid any healthcare worker that tries to rush you out while actively rolling their eyes at you.
Do not deal with this company!!! The company system is not good. When they make mistake for an order, they don't notify and not update anything about order. You have to find out what is going on your order. Also, for the refund issue, it would take forever.
