Eye checkup went fine, was able to get more breathable lenses and everything went efficiently. The best part was Odessa, who helped figure out how to maximize my benefits and order me updated glasses/contacts. It was the first time I’ve had eye insurance in a long time so it was all foreign to me. She was patient as I tried on half the eyeglasses in the shop and explained how to maximize my benefits in such a clear manner. They overchargeed and did unnecessary exam to charge more. i guess this can be fraud. Never go this place
The optometrist was wonderful and the lady that helped get my eyeglasses ordered was fine. Here is the rub, I called a month after I ordered them as no one called me and they told me that they had a big delivery that they are working through. The called back a few days later and they told me that my order was sent to the West Hollywood location. I showed up a few day later. Closed for lunch break.
