Since 2009 when my family moved to Katy, TX from Queens, New York, Ms. Charlotte has always being our hair stylist whether it is cut,color or highlighting. She is well knowledge and to my understanding she has being doing it for years and was a former manager at Ulta salon--that gave me more confidence. And, so far my family and my friends have no problem. I recommend her.

I agree with the previous comments. This was by far the worst haircut and highlighting job I have ever had and that includes my attempts to color my hair on my own. Just like previous comments she put toner on my hair twice- the first time it was bright yellow- now it is more of a chicken orange especially at the roots. My husband and I both had to cut chunks of hair that she missed on the haircut- my hair looks brittle and dry. This was by far the worst highlighting job I've ever had in my life. It looked orange in the store but when I got home and really looked at it, I realized how bad it really is. My hair is a splotchy, orange mess and will cost me hundreds, no doubt, to fix. She put toner on it 5 different times and now, and 4AM, my scalp is burning. Charlotte is awesome! A master weavologist! I loved my new hair style and thank you, thank you, thank you! Try the Enjoy products as well, there is nothing I've ever used that made my hair feel like this, and that includes Avalon and Mizani. See 'ya next week girl!

I've been going to Mrs. Charlotte a couple times now,and I absoutley love her. Her prices are really not that bad and she does it just like you want it. She had a great personality and she's a great listener. There's so many things tosay about her...one word..absoutley wonderful!:)

First of all I would say what a beautiful person Charlette Williams is, not only a beautiful person but also a Christian lady, we attend the same church, The Church Without Walls. My nMe is Trishie I am from Los Angeles Cali And I have gone to many hair salons and This one co Pares to none:-).... Charlotte Williams is truly an Artist Director like known! Her Amazing knowledge of her expertise is truly a wonder....and her beautiful personality made me feel lime I new her fir ever.. I felt safe and relaxed as I let her do her work of art on my hair. I normally do not trust anyone with my hair ... Anytime I am in Texas I will make an appt. with her.

Charlotte IS A HAIR GENIOUS!!!! Her professionality and her expertise is wonderful. I went for a corrective color- she took me from jet black to a carmel blonde and I LOVE IT!!! The products she uses are Fabulous! She uses and retails ENJOY Hair care. The Enjoy Hair Mask and Enjoy styling aides she sent me home with are AMAZING! Thank you Charlotte!!!!!
