Worst workmanship ever. I have a system that is installed by this company and there is multiple issues. The coil drain is not done properly, ducting is extremely undersized and not allowing proper air flow we are constantly freezing up. The returns are laughable due to the way they were installed. Don’t walk away from this company run! My house is a year old I should not be having these type of issues. When I call other companies to fix this screwed up system all they can do is laugh due to poor workmanship.

I recently moved into a new home and when the colder weather hit I turned on my furnace only to find it wasn't working. There was a magnet on the unit for Total Service so I called them as they either installed or have worked on the unit in the past. I was told a technician would be out at 11:00 the following morning and the appointment was confirmed by text where I received a reply stating "see you tomorrow." We had Lucas install a new furnace and two split units in our home. He was very professional and courteous. We felt comfortable with him in our home every time he came. He even made additional trips to make sure the units were working well. We have 3600 sq feet and with temps reaching 95+ degrees, the system he installed has maintained a nice 71 degrees in our home. Lucas always a great job for us. We appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile and help us out. We always call him first when we have a furnace issue.
