I came to knoxville to start my life over. I was referred by a client to make an appointment with" Total Recovery". From Day one i was treated with respect up most and kindness that I had never received before.Especially when you're in recovery when you are judged more often than not. Ive been seeing Dr. Carthi. He is amazing, he actually helps me and encourages rather than just throwing meds around like some places do. Everyone here is very nice and they take pride in providing a healthy happy environment for their patient's. This place is awesome
Automated voice when you call is ridiculous and doesn’t help at all. Their mailbox is full so when you finally reach the front desk after a million questions from the automated voice, it just hangs up. Also I don’t know why I need counseling for an injection. Seems like more ways to make money.
