DO NOT use these people to move your freight. Just this week I got a quote to move some freight for $2300. The day it was to pick up, the broker tells me its gonna be $2800. I ask why and he tells me the market is "tighter " this week than it was pre covid. Pre covid?? Really that's the best thing you can come up with. 6 years ago was covid. Very bad freight broker. We used these folks on a load and they decided to haul it when winter storm was coming in. We're in Alabama and winter storms shut us down. They hauled from Virginia when a winter storm was bearing down on us. We, as with most businesses in downtown Bham Al, were shut down. They came on anyway, (you would think someone would look at the weather). They demanded we pay for hotels for the driver along with some other BS. Shippers please do not use these people or any other freight broker that doesn't have assets! They are starving out the trucks that actually haul your freight! They are vultures that take more money off the top than they should. They are getting rich off our backs. Companies like this are going to destroy the transportation industry!
