I had the pleasure of renting with this company for a year and 3 mos. Their application process was smooth, and easy. I was informed of every step until keys were handed to us. The ladies were very helpful and communicative at all times. Once we had keys, they allowed a time frame to point out any defects in the home for their records. Our property was unique, time consuming and required lots of work and attention to get it ready to rent or sell. David worked with us all the way thought a 2 year process and was very professional and delivered to us more than we expected. I would highly recommend him and his company.
Lizeth is a terror, totally unprofessional, ive had a black mold issue in my unit since jan and they have completely ignored it, my 16mo son has been hospitalized 3 times from feb-mar due to respitory distress and still the issue has gone unresolved
