My company located David through a search on the net as we were looking for a property management company and a R/E broker. Our company specializes in purchasing and selling distressed properties. Our property was unique, time consuming and required lots of work and attention to get it ready to rent or sell. David worked with us all the way thought a 2 year process and was very professional and delivered to us more than we expected. I would highly recommend him and his company.
Lizeth is a terror, totally unprofessional, ive had a black mold issue in my unit since jan and they have completely ignored it, my 16mo son has been hospitalized 3 times from feb-mar due to respitory distress and still the issue has gone unresolved

Attempted to apply for a house through this company was one of the biggest headaches I've ever had. I was not allowed to visit the property at all during the application process, the process itself took forever due to poor communication from the workers themselves, and after waiting with no update from the company I had to contact them myself asking about any news on the property.
