crystal - TPM and Loree TPM do a better job by making sure you know what you are doing, very rude and will ask you tedious questions that was already in the website , will also disturb you in your work, and will deny you after rigorous detailed 1 hour and $40 each application fee. BEWARE! Do not apply to MORE than one house, they did not put that in their webste and you are wasting your time and money!

I had the pleasure of renting with this company for a year and 3 mos. Their application process was smooth, and easy. I was informed of every step until keys were handed to us. The ladies were very helpful and communicative at all times. Once we had keys, they allowed a time frame to point out any defects in the home for their records. Our property was unique, time consuming and required lots of work and attention to get it ready to rent or sell.
