Attempted to apply for a house through this company was one of the biggest headaches I've ever had. I was not allowed to visit the property at all during the application process, the process itself took forever due to poor communication from the workers themselves, and after waiting with no update from the company I had to contact them myself asking about any news on the property. I have been a tenant with TPM for the past 9 to 10 years and have been very satisfied with their customer services and management. The staff are easy to communicate with when addressing issues, and when I submitted any maintenance request, they were very timely in assigning a Technician to fix the problem. I have no complaints and would still be a tenant if I didn’t have to move out.
