My experience with this real estate agency was consistently frustrating. The process for viewing properties was unclear, and the agency repeatedly requested a full application be submitted before I had the opportunity to tour a home. This practice can have a negative impact on a potential renter's credit. Furthermore, direct inquiries were frequently met with directions to their website, rather than a clear and helpful response. My company located David through a search on the net as we were looking for a property management company and a R/E broker. Our company specializes in purchasing and selling distressed properties. Our property was unique, time consuming and required lots of work and attention to get it ready to rent or sell. David worked with us all the way thought a 2 year process and was very professional and delivered to us more than we expected. I would highly recommend him and his company.
